Hello, this is Rebecca the head designer here at Ortiz Flower House. I wanted to touch bases with my flower family. I currently do not have any social media and in today's world 2025 social media is the first thing a potential customer asks you for when you are promoting your business or just simply talking about your business. Now my reasons for no social media is purely personal and yes I do agree you can keep your social media strictly business and not commingle your personal and business world, but I have decided to grow my business the old school way. It comes with more challenges and less traffic in the beginning but its do able even in todays world. I can't be the only business without any socials? I signed up on DoorDash I started getting orders and doing pretty well on there but my high ambition has now drawn me to seek more, grow more. So here I am. Ready to see where this new road takes me. I will keep you updated on my journey through the world of floristry. See if I can come up with any more intriguing topics for these blogs. Oh and by the way this is my first ever blog post.
